Problem: There are many machines showing as un-managed, but the Bitdefender interface on the machine shows you are protected.

This situation is usually seen when UAC is enabled at some level on the endpoint computer. In order to correct the situation,- uninstall the Bitdefender agent
- Disable UAC completely
- Reboot the computer
- Reinstall Bitdefender
